Justin is Division Vice President and Business Unit Manager of AMETEK Process Measurement & Inspection. Previously, Justin held the positions of Vice President of Operational Excellence (2011-2015) and Director of Operational Excellence (2006-2011) for the Process and Analytical Instruments Division with AMETEK, Inc. Justin held several senior global supply chain and Lean/Sigma management positions and worked for Irwin Industrial Tools part of the Newell Rubbermaid Group and Stanley Works group before beginning his career with AMETEK.

As Division Vice President and Business Manager, Jason has a deep knowledge of Surface Vision products and applications and addressing complex customer challenges. With two decades of experience focused on strategic product marketing, sales and business development, Jason leads the sales, project and service teams to implement a customer-first culture across the organization. He is a graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science & Forestry at Syracuse University with a degree in Paper Science (Chemical Engineering).

Lincoln Drake
Director Business Unit Controller
Lincoln is Director Business Unit Controller and responsible for ensuring orders, revenue, profit, and working capital goals are consistently met, and financial controls are in place and followed, and for undertaking financial planning and analysis. Since 2010 he has worked in surface inspection organizations managing the accounting operations and previously held senior financial controller and supervisory positions in a range of medical organizations. He has a degree from Northern Arizona University.

Division Vice President - Operations
As Division Vice President – Operations, Alan is fully responsible for operational strategies and performance across AMETEK Surface Vision. Alan’s continuous improvement and specialist supply chain experience transform operational efficiencies across the company’s manufacturing operations. Before joining AMETEK, Alan held senior operational and supply chain transformational roles at ABB and has a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Doncaster Technical College. Alan is an AMETEK-certified New Product Growth Kaizen Facilitator and has facilitated several AMETEK operational and new product events.

Director - Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Nancy is responsible for developing synergies and the HR strategy across all international locations and supporting the management team in actively coaching and developing the future leaders in the organisation. Before joining AMETEK Surface Vision, Nancy was HR Director, Europe & Asia at Tecomet, Inc. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

Sevican Celik
Global Legal Director
Sevican has a long history of legal support and joined AMETEK in January 2016 as the Global Legal Affairs Manager for AMETEK Surface Vision. Since then, she has expanded her skills to direct overall legal functions for both AMETEK Land and AMETEK Surface Vision. Globally oriented legal affairs driver, she leads negotiation of international contracts, researches and evaluates different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations, manages internal governance policies, monitors compliance with laws, mitigates legal conflicts, and is fluent in English, German, French and Turkish.
